You can start a return within 7 days of delivery.
7-Day Exchange Policy - No Refunds.
We accept exchange for size only, not for change of mind on colour.
Conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and VAON FLUX box intact
- Slides must have clean sole - no wear marks
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving order on WhatsApp
- Return shipping is paid by customer
- Video unboxing required to claim damage or wrong item
What cannot be returned:
- Washed, worn, or perfumed items
- Items without box/tag
- Sale items
If you receive wrong size/colour or damaged item, we replace it free.
